The TJX Companies, Inc. is the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. and worldwide, operating more than 5,200 stores in ten countries under the TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra and Homesense banners in the U.S., Winners, HomeSense and Marshalls in Canada, and TK Maxx and Homesense internationally across Europe and Australia. Its opportunistic buying model sources quality branded merchandise from a global vendor network and sells it at prices generally 20% to 60% below full-price retailers' regular prices, driving a rapidly changing "treasure hunt" assortment. TJX generated $60.4 billion of net sales in the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026 and is headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts.
