Netlist designs and sells high-performance modular memory subsystems — server DIMMs, specialty and legacy memory products, and SSDs — to enterprise, cloud and datacenter, storage and appliance customers, and also resells DRAM and NAND products. Alongside the hardware business it runs a substantial patent licensing and enforcement operation built on its memory portfolio, including server DIMM and High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technologies, which has produced litigation and licence agreements with the major DRAM makers. The company is headquartered in Irvine, California and its shares trade on the OTCQB.
