ECC Ventures 4 Corp. is a capital pool company incorporated in British Columbia and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. It has no active business operations; its sole objective is to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for a qualifying transaction. In July 2026 it announced a binding term sheet with Cambria Gold Mines Inc. under which Cambria's Mt. Margaret copper-gold porphyry deposit would be spun out into ECC4 in a proposed reverse takeover intended to serve as its qualifying transaction.
