Amex Gold Mining Inc. (formerly Amex Exploration Inc.) is a gold exploration and development company advancing its 100%-owned Perron Gold Project, located approximately 110 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, where it has made high-grade gold discoveries along with copper-rich VMS zones. Combined with its contiguous Perron West, Abbotsford, and Hepburn projects in Ontario, its consolidated land package spans a district-scale 570.94 km². The Perron project delivered a positive Phase 1 feasibility study in April 2026 and is transitioning from exploration toward development via a 40,000-tonne underground bulk sample program.
