Connect to Claude
Use InvestJournal directly inside Claude. Once connected, you can ask Claude about your stocks, watchlists, and valuations in plain language.
InvestJournal isn't in Claude's built-in connector directory yet, so it won't appear when you browse the connector list. Add it as a custom connector with the URL below — it works on every plan.
Claude on the web (claude.ai) or the Claude Desktop app.
A Claude account on any plan — the Free plan can add one custom connector.

Open Claude — claude.ai in your browser or the Claude Desktop app.

On the web, go directly to claude.ai/settings/connectors. In Claude Desktop, go to Settings, then Connectors.

Click Add custom connector — don't search the connector list; InvestJournal won't appear there yet.

Paste the InvestJournal URL above into the URL field.

Click Connect, then sign in to InvestJournal in the popup. On the approval screen, tick "modify your data" if you want Claude to make changes (create watchlists, notes, alerts); leave it unticked for read-only access. Then approve.

That's it. InvestJournal now appears in Claude's tools.
